The CNIL (National Commission on Informatics and Liberties) is the French supervisory authority in charge of the proper application of the GDPR. It can advise and assist you with any questions you may have regarding your personal data, via its website or by contacting them directly.

Your rights

We will respond to you within a maximum period of one month, as far as possible.

In order to ensure the proper functioning and security of the site, certain browsing data is collected in cookies and log files.

In particular, these are cookies that store your language choice and country, which are kept for 2 years after your last visit. Another cookie, which lasts for 30 minutes, is necessary for the site to function in order to store your browsing choices from one page to another.

These cookies remain on your computer, and the data they contain is not transmitted to anyone. They are only used by the site for its normal operation.

The log files store connection data that can be analysed from time to time to identify the cause of problems affecting the site or the server. These files are present on the server that hosts the site, located in France. Only our IT service providers have access to them.

L’équivalent-habitant est une unité de mesure définie en France par l’article R2224-6 du Code général des collectivités territoriales. Pour équiper une maison avec un système d’assainissement non collectif, l’arrêté du 7 mars 2012 stipule la règle 1 EH (équivalent-habitant) = 1 PP (pièce principale). L’article R.111-1-1 définit une pièce principale comme étant une unité destinée au séjour ou au sommeil, excluant ainsi les pièces de service (cuisines, cabinets d’aisance, salles d’eau, etc.).

Grâce aux plantes, la phytoépuration permet donc de compenser une partie de ses émissions de gaz à effet de serre, comparé à un assainissement non végétalisé. *** Comparé à un assainissement classique constitué d'une fosse toutes eaux suivie d'un filtre à sable, les assainissements AQUATIRIS n'émettent pas de méthane et peu de protoxyde d'azote.
